Inviting customers
- Invite all customers the same way; never only happy ones
- No rewards for good reviews, and no asking for positive reviews or stars
- No rewards, discounts or gifts for writing a review
- Every invitation has an unsubscribe link
Replying
- Replies are public and can't be deleted
- Reply politely and don't share customers' personal details
- Use private messages for order details
Reporting and proof
Report reviews that break the rules, not reviews you disagree with. A low rating alone isn't a reason. Reviews stay visible while we check, and paid plans don't speed up decisions.
Showing reviews
- Widgets show your real score and recent reviews as written, including low ratings
- Don't edit review text or use old scores
- Follow our brand guidelines
If you break these rules
We may show a public warning on your page for at least 90 days, limit features or close the account. A first minor offence may get a private warning.
