- No reviews in return for payment, gifts or discounts unless you say so; declared rewards are shown on the review
- No reviewing your own business, your employer or a competitor
Keep it safe
- No phone numbers, emails, addresses or staff surnames
- No hate, threats, harassment or sexual content
- No links or promotions
After you post
Businesses may reply or ask for proof. You can edit your review; edits are shown as “Updated”. You can delete it at any time.
If a review breaks the rules
A person on our team decides, and tells the reviewer why. Reviewers can appeal once.
