Count check
The number you declare must match the file, so nothing is cherry-picked.
Proof for each review
An order number, link or the tool's review ID, matched automatically where possible.
Reviewers are told
Reviewers with an email address are told their review now appears on Proofwell.
Clear labels
Imported reviews show an Imported label and their original date.
Lower weight in ProofScore
Imported reviews count, but less than new verified ones.
What can't be imported: reviews copied from Google, Facebook, Trustpilot or other review sites, reviews you paid for or rewarded, and a hand-picked selection of only good reviews. Importing is being switched on account by account: ask us if you'd like it for yours.

How long does approval take?
Our team checks each import before it goes live, and you'll see the result in your account.
Why can't I import my Google reviews?
Those reviews belong to another platform and its terms. Proofwell only accepts reviews you collected yourself.
Will imported reviews affect my score?
Yes, but they count less than new verified reviews, so your score reflects fresh, checked feedback most.
Can I import only my best reviews?
No. An import must include every review from the source for the dates you choose, good and bad, and the count must match.
