Is Proofwell free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you claim your profile, reply to every review, send 100 invitations a month and add basic widgets. Paid plans add more invitations, channels and tools.
Can I remove negative reviews?
No. No business can remove or hide honest reviews. If a review breaks our guidelines, for example it's fake or contains personal information, you can report it and our team checks it.
What does "proof" mean?
Every review shows how it was checked. Reviews matched to a real order are Transaction-verified; reviews from your invitations are Invited. Readers can tap a badge to see what it means.
Do I need a developer?
No. Store connections, invitations and widgets work without code. Developers can use the API and webhooks for custom setups.
Can I bring reviews from another tool?
Yes, reviews you collected yourself, for example in Judge.me, Yotpo or on your own website, once importing is switched on for your account. Reviews copied from Google or other review sites can't be imported.
